SvachitJobs is a talent marketplace built for Odisha's industrial hubs — Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, and the districts around them. It connects candidates with structured, verifiable profiles to employers who've gone through the same verification themselves, so both sides are dealing with a real person or a real company, not an anonymous listing.
For candidates, that means a profile built once and reused everywhere — education, experience, skills, and preferences, searchable by the employers who are actually hiring for that role, in that location. For employers, it means posting to a pool of candidates who've already filled in the details that usually take a phone call to confirm.
SvachitJobs is developed by Odizo, building tools for how hiring actually works in Eastern India's industrial workforce.
What we're building toward
Principles behind how the product itself is built, not a mission statement.
No invented numbers
If we don't have a real count to show — live jobs, verified employers, candidate profiles — we say so instead of publishing a plausible-looking one. That's why this site has an honest pre-launch section instead of stats.
Verification on both sides
Employers go through GSTIN, PAN, and KYC document review before they can post a job or search candidates. Candidates control their own visibility. Neither side is asked to trust an anonymous listing.
Structured over anecdotal
Education, experience, skills, and job requirements are structured fields, not free text buried in a PDF — because that's what makes search and matching actually work.
