For candidates
One profile. Real jobs. You decide who sees it.
Build a structured profile once — education, experience, skills, and preferences — then use it to apply everywhere and let verified employers find you.
Why build your profile here
What a structured, profile-first marketplace gives you that a CV inbox doesn't.
Profile-first, not CV-first
Education, experience, skills, and preferences are structured fields, not paragraphs buried in a PDF — that's what makes you findable in employer search from the day you finish filling them in.
Upload a CV and let it pre-fill
If you already have a CV, upload it and review what it pre-fills into your profile before confirming — nothing is saved without your review.
You control who sees you
Set your visibility to Open, Limited, or Private at any time. Limited masks your details until you personally approve an employer's request to view them.
Track every application
See each application's real stage — Applied, Viewed, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered, Hired, or Rejected — updated by the employer, not guessed at.
How applying works
From profile to application in a few real steps.
Finish your profile
Education, experience, skills, and preferences — the same fields employers filter search by.
Search or get found
Search live openings yourself, or set your visibility to Open so verified employers can find and contact you directly.
Apply with your CV on file
Pick the CV you've already uploaded, add an optional note, and apply — no re-typing your details into a separate form per job.
Track the outcome
Every application shows its real current stage, set by the employer reviewing it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a CV to create a profile?
No. You can fill in your profile directly. If you do upload a CV, it can pre-fill parts of your profile for you to review and confirm — nothing is saved from it without your confirmation.
What's the difference between Open, Limited, and Private visibility?
Open means verified employers can find and view your full profile in search. Limited means employers see a masked summary and must request access, which you personally approve or decline. Private means you don't appear in employer search at all — you can still apply to jobs yourself in any of the three states.
Is it free for candidates?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching jobs, and applying are all free for candidates.
How do I know an employer is legitimate?
Every employer on SvachitJobs goes through the same verification process before they can post a job or search candidates — GSTIN, PAN, and KYC document review by an administrator. Verified employers carry a visible badge.
